In the case of an emergency only, please call our emergency number at: 574-534-7368 ext. 2. A maintenance emergency is something that will hurt the dwelling or you as a tenant if it is not repaired quickly. Otherwise, please make all inquiries through the tenant portal so that we can better respond to and track your maintenance requests.
Following is a list of what we consider an After Hours Emergency:
- No heat and outside temperature is below 40 degrees, or if tenant has a physical condition requiring heat.
- Plumbing leak – if a pan won’t catch it all until the office is open.
- Serious electrical problem that may cause a fire or electrocution (sparking from a breaker box)
